How do I pay for my vectors?
We accept credit card payments processed through Paypal, Paypal Express & Google Checkout. All information is passed to Paypal or Google Checkout. No financial information is saved with us nor do we sell any kind of information to anyone.
OK, I made a purchase, how do I download my products?
Once payment has been made, you will be sent to an Invoice page and an email with link(s) provided inside. The invoice page usually contains the links immediately. The emailed links will direct you to the downloads page for each product you've purchased. All download links will expire within 48 hrs after the first attempt is tried. If links expire please contact us and we will resubmit you a new link. Please be sure to reply by email with the download links listed within. This could help us in case there are any problems with downloading.
I see the vectors colored, why are they black & white?
That is for presentation purposes only. You have the choice of what color and how you want to display them.
Why is there sometimes 2 files when I unzip my product?
You will recieve 1 Coreldraw version 9 .CDR file and 1 Adobe Illustrator version 8 .EPS file. The choice is yours to use. We use both so we include them both. Remember though to use the .EPS file for other vector editing software such as Macromedia Freehand, etc. Also note: As of January 2011 not all files will be available for Coreldraw.
So tell me, what am I allowed/not allowed to do with these vectors I puchased?
It's simple! You want to make money right? Well we want you to also. You are allowed to use our vector products on any advertising media whether it is part or whole. You cannot however redistribute, repackage, recolor, include within, share, give away, resell our products as if they were your own creation.
Hmm... All the vectors are in 1 file, why?
The choice was ours. Being that the vectors are small enough file size, why not include it in one file? Each vector within is usually grouped and can be easily copy/pasted to a new file. All in all we're keeping files in one tidy space.

I'm having a problem opening a file, what now?
It happens, Contact us and we'll remedy you promptly.
Can I use these files in Photoshop?
Sure can! While opening your file within Photoshop, be sure to set resolution to 300 or higher for maximum performance. Resizing your design any higher after opening it will result in a fuzzy unwanted look.
What about a refund?
Sorry, our products are digitally downloaded and saved to your storage device. You have the option at purchase time to decide whether or not you want our product.
Can I get your product on CD?
Sure! For $25.00, we'll pop it on a cd. This would cover the gas trip to the P.O. and shipping. Just hit the links and grab.
What can't I do with the files?
You are not allowed to change the color of an object, place it on your website and encourage your visitors to download it as an original vector form, or high resolution image.
